Admission Process – The Village Schoolhouse

At The Village Schoolhouse, we believe in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. Our admission process is designed to ensure a smooth transition for families joining our community.

Step 1: Connect With Us

We encourage interested families to schedule a private tour to experience our unique approach to learning firsthand. During this visit, you’ll learn about our philosophy, curriculum, and classroom environment.

Step 2: Complete an Application

Following your tour and depending on enrolment levels, you will be invited to be added to our waitlist or to complete an application to enroll.

Submit any relevant documentation, such as an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Psychoeducational Report, if applicable at the time.

Step 3: Acceptance

Once your child is accepted, you will receive an official offer of enrolment along with their scheduled start date. Upon acceptance, you will be guided to the parent portal to finalize the registration process, including completing necessary forms and tuition agreements.

An invoice for the deposit and Student Project Fund (SPF) will be emailed to you as the final step in completing registration.
